Vendor Sign-Up

Each booth space is 10 foot x 10 foot for $25. Additional booth spaces will need to be purchased in full if you need more space. The Vendor is responsible for providing all materials (table, chair, tent, generator, etc)

The annual Festival has occurred for many years on Main St but is currently located in the Eskridge City Park, located between 4th and 5th Streets, and Main & Pine.

From Topeka: Take I-70 West toward Salina, to Exit 342 Keene-Eskridge Rd. Follow Keene-Esridge Rd to Hwy K-4 (turn west/right onto K-4) and follow the highway to Eskridge.

Vendors may park around the Park ONLY during the set-up time and after the Festival is over. Once you have unloaded, you must move your car to clear the streets around the park (4th, 5th, Pine, & Main). You may park on any residential side street or on any unblocked street.

The 100th Annual Fall Festival is on Saturday, October 26th, 2024. Vendor check in & set up is from 9:00am to 10:00am. The Festival runs from 10:00am to 4:00pm. You may park at the Park during set up and after 5pm ONLY—please move your vehicles promptly once you are finished unloading.

We do allow direct sales model vendors but limit sales reps to one booth only to ensure variety for our fair goers.
